Delivery destinations and options

Delivery destinations, available services, charges and estimated delivery dates depend on the items in your order and the delivery address. The options and charges available to you will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates. We will keep you informed using the contact details on your order if we become aware of a significant delay. Unless we agree a different date with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and within 30 days of the order being placed.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible at sye.anderson@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed.

Shipping charges

Any delivery charge for your order will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. No delivery charge will be added after you place your order unless you agree to it.
